COMPETENCES OF THE GENERAL ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT:
- executes and applies laws and other regulations and general acts related to general administration, civil status (registers, citizenship, personal name, etc.), local communities, veterans' disability protection, archives, signature verification, transcripts and manuscripts, issuing certificates from public registers, providing legal assistance,
- applies the regulations of the Municipal Assembly and the Mayor,
- preparation for the Municipal Assembly and the Mayor of the draft, ie proposals for decisions, other general and individual acts.
- prepares analytical-informative and other materials for the areas within its scope,
- performs administrative, professional and administrative tasks for the area within its scope,
- monitors the situation for the areas for which it has been established, initiates an initiative for resolving and proposes resolving issues in those areas,
- executes and ensures the execution of the Law and other regulations and general acts in the field of social activities - education, culture, sports, physical culture and the non-governmental sector;
- performs activities related to youth issues and population policy,
- performs study and analytical work in the areas for which it was established, initiates initiatives to resolve and proposes solutions to issues in those areas,
- preparation for the Municipal Assembly and the Mayor of the municipality development plans, drafts and proposals of decisions, other regulations, general and individual acts,
- prepares analytical-informative and other materials for the needs of the Municipal Assembly and the Mayor in the field of its scope,
- performs inspection supervision over the legality of the work of companies, institutions and entrepreneurs in accordance with the Law,
- performs and organizes the work of the communal police and monitors the application of regulations in that area,
- decides in the administrative procedure and makes decisions in the areas that are in the competence of the municipal inspection and communal police by the Law on Inspections of the Republika Srpska, the Law on Communal Police and other regulations,
- performs administrative, professional, administrative and other tasks for areas within its scope,
- performs other tasks entrusted to him in accordance with the Law by the Municipal Assembly and the Mayor,
- performs administrative, professional, administrative and other tasks entrusted to him in accordance with the Law by the Municipal Assembly and the Mayor, and which are not within the competence of other departments.
(2) Department for Veterans' Disability Protection:
- executes and ensures the execution of laws, other regulations and general acts and ensures the performance of tasks in the field of veteran disability protection, namely: protection of veterans, military invalids of defense wars, family members of killed and deceased veterans and deceased military invalids, protection of civilian victims of war, maintenance of monuments, memorials to soldiers and record keeping of persons who have regulated military service,
- provides professional support to associations that bring together users of veteran-disabled protection,
- performs administrative, professional, administrative and other tasks within its scope,
- executes and implements the regulations of the Municipal Assembly and the Mayor,
- prepares draft decisions and other acts adopted by the Municipal Assembly and the Mayor within its scope
- performs other tasks entrusted to him by the Municipal Assembly and the Mayor in accordance with the Law.
(3) Center for providing services to citizens:
- performs activities in the field of application of the Law on Freedom of Access to Information
- provides information on affairs, procedures and acts in the municipality,
- provides information regarding the exercise of rights and fulfillment of obligations of citizens,
- executes and ensures the execution of laws, other regulations and general acts and ensures the performance of tasks related to: receipt of requests and other submissions addressed to the Municipal Administration, Mayor and Municipal Assembly, receipt, dispatch and delivery of mail, filing acts in the file and others records, issuance of workers' booklets, verification of signatures, manuscripts and transcripts, issuance of certificates on facts about which official records are kept, archives, records of personal status of citizens, records on citizens of BiH - Republika Srpska, receipt of applications for citizenship of BiH Republika Srpska and release from citizenship of BiH - Republika Srpska,
- performs administrative, professional, administrative and other tasks within its scope,
- executes and implements the regulations of the Municipal Assembly and the Mayor,
- prepares draft decisions and other acts adopted by the Municipal Assembly and the Mayor within its scope,
- performs other tasks entrusted to him by the Municipal Assembly and the Mayor in accordance with the Law.
