Short biography

At the Faculty of Economics, University of Banja Luka, he acquired the title of Bachelor of Economics, and then started working in the Municipal Administration of Ribnik. He worked on financial and accounting affairs, then as a Market Inspector, and as the Head of the Accounting and Treasury Department. He is currently the Head of the Department of Economy.

COMPETENCES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMY AND FINANCE:

• executes and ensures the execution of the Law and other regulations and general acts in the field of business and private entrepreneurship, construction and transport activities, supply, trade, catering, labor and labor relations, statistics, development plan, forestry, hunting and fishing,
• applies the regulations of the Municipal Assembly and the Mayor, monitors the situation in the areas for which it was established, initiates the resolution and proposes the resolution of issues in those areas,
• prepares for the Municipal Assembly and the Mayor the development plans, drafts and proposals of decisions, other regulations, general and individual acts,
• prepares analytical-informative and other materials for the areas within its scope,
• monitors the state of the economy in the municipality and the region,
• analyzes and encourages the establishment of new companies,
• establishes cooperation at the regional and wider level,
• performs activities in the field of non-governmental sector,
• prepares medium-term and annual development programs by order of the Mayor,
• participates in the development of the strategy and policy of economic development of the municipality,
• executes and ensures the execution of laws, other rights and general acts in the field of physical planning, urban planning, construction, housing and communal affairs, traffic, environmental protection, maintenance, protection, use and management of local and uncategorized roads and streets within the prescribed jurisdiction and is responsible for the situation in these areas within the limits of its powers,
• executes and implements laws and other regulations related to the issuance of urban consent, building permits, technical inspection and issuance of use permits,
• performs control of investment technical documentation,
• supervises in the field of construction and environmental protection,
• performs activities related to the purchase of apartments,
• controls the use of city construction land and proposes fees for use,
• performs activities in the field of common communal consumption (water supply and sewerage),
• performs administrative, professional, administrative and other tasks within its scope,
• executes and implements the regulations of the Municipal Assembly and the Mayor,
• prepares draft decisions and other acts adopted by the Municipal Assembly and the Mayor within its scope,
• performs other tasks entrusted to him by the Municipal Assembly and the Mayor in accordance with the Law.
• (2) Department for Physical Planning and Housing and Communal Affairs:
• executes and ensures the execution of laws, other regulations and general acts in the field of physical planning, urban planning, construction, housing and communal affairs, traffic, environmental protection, maintenance, protection, use and management of local and uncategorized roads and streets within the prescribed jurisdiction,
